Visited this dealership to test drive the Kia Sorento and Sportage, as I was looking to purchase within the month. After my visit, I emailed the sales representative three times to ask questions about the p Sportage, as I was looking to purchase within the month. After my visit, I emailed the sales representative three times to ask questions about the price, etc., and had no response. At that point, I emailed the Manager, who had provided me with his card upon my visit, and once again, no response. I was curious to see if I sent an email stating that I was ready to purchase from another dealership and if they could provide me with a better price, they may receive my business and also told them that I had attempted to contact them by email several times with no response. I received one sentence back with no apology for ignoring my emails, so at that point, there was no way that I would ever give my business to a dealership like this one who had no regard for their customers.
