Service Experience I have never had a bad experience at KIA. Most recently had an issue with my car's AC. I work on the road, and needed to get the issue fixed ASAP, so I have never had a bad experience at KIA. Most recently had an issue with my car's AC. I work on the road, and needed to get the issue fixed ASAP, so I stopped by my neighborhood PEPBOYS. I was also unsure if the issue would be covered under my warranty. I was quoted $1900. Of course, I then called KIA, set up an appointment when I had my day off. Thankfully, the issue would have been covered by my warranty, however, the issue was not what PEPBOYS told me it was. So, not only did I save $1900 (shame on them), but I worked with a trusted dealership. Thanks KIA! More
