When my AC condenser went out a couple months ago I got a price from Firest I Love this place, Robert Johnson in service always take great care of me! When my AC condenser went out a couple months ago I got a price from Firestone and assumed the dealer would be way more expensive but called just to check... not only were they $200 less expensive, they had the parts and had me in and out in a couple hours. Robert was amazing and had me in and out in no time, with a Lyft waiting to take me back to work and texted me throughout the whole thing to keep me posted. So when my car needed a once over for service, I shot Robert a text. He replied instantly and scheduled the appointment and once again went above and beyond. Way to go Phil Smith Kia !!
