Service Appointment While replacing tires on my 2015 Kia I was advised that the right front axle boot needed to be replaced. The local tire retail manager quoted a price to perform the added work. I am versed enough, in auto repair, to research the issue. I found that the warranty, for my vehicle, may cover the cost of the work and parts. Phil Smith KIA service group, inspected the condition, and confirmed parts and labor was warranty covered. An appointment was made by, Preston Seiler, to have repairs done on a date that conformed to my work schedule. Preston called and advised parts were received and appointment date was firm. On the appointment day I dropped off the car and was provided transportation from and back to the dealership. It does not get any more convenient than that. As an afterthought, I should have purchased my tires from them also. More

No BS, no scare tactics, and they're super friendly. It's the little things in life that leave lasting impressions... I drove 55 minutes to this location (I refuse to return to Gunther Kia), and I will happily drive back for all of my Kia needs. More
