Excellent Service Brought car in after vehicle needed to be jump started before heading to work. Was able to drive to Dealership, turned off the ignition and battery c Brought car in after vehicle needed to be jump started before heading to work. Was able to drive to Dealership, turned off the ignition and battery completely died. Was told I had to wait 2-3 hours to get a new battery....then service technician came to desk and said, I can do it right now! WOW!!! More

Great place! The team was ready to take my car right at the appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, answered my questions, and kept me informed. The waiting area is very nice as well and having WiFi was super helpful. It was a great experience, worlds apart from when I used to go to the VW place. I appreciated the team being mindful of my time and getting everything done so quickly. Would definitely recommend people to buy a car here and get it serviced here. More

The GM can't even GM I Worte about a previous experience about Phil Smith KIA and it was never resolved in a manner that was fitting for me. Every single time Phil Smith i I Worte about a previous experience about Phil Smith KIA and it was never resolved in a manner that was fitting for me. Every single time Phil Smith is making it my responsibility to Call them so they can just respond by saying " Oh so-and-so is busy they'll call you back" guess what Im not calling Phil Smith just to get that run around. If the GM wants to remedy the situation, he should carve out 5 minutes in his day, pick up the phone, and call his customers. Leave a Voicemail if he's so scared in dealing with customers. The fact that Phil Smith KIA has zero follow through when dealing with customer service is down right deplorable. More

Sales Experience new vehicle I originally came in this day to have 15,000 maintenance done on Kia Soul. i have known Rockie Dodson for few years and have talked few times in the I originally came in this day to have 15,000 maintenance done on Kia Soul. i have known Rockie Dodson for few years and have talked few times in the past regarding the Kia Optima, which I had 2 other times. While I was having car serviced, I later found out that Rockie was working a deal for me on a 2016 Optima. . He has always been very friendly and helpful to me in my past experiences with Phil Smith Kia. He was able to make a deal that was comfortable. I have always had good experiences with him and staff of Phil Smith Kia. After all the paperwork was signed, and we were taking things from the old car to new, Charlie Myers from Service approached me and also thanked me for being a valued customer. More
