My service rep was excellent and very professional.I had My service rep was excellent and very professional. I had the same problem in January and took my Kia to West Palm Kia. They kept my car for a week My service rep was excellent and very professional. I had the same problem in January and took my Kia to West Palm Kia. They kept my car for a week and I kept telling them I was ant to tow it to Phil Smith. This time I drove it 45 miles to Lighthouse Point and got it diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours. Service vs. Price The Phil Smith service personnel was excellent. The work was completed and car cleaned and washed. Mike was precise in his estimate of charges. The only critique was that previously the UBER was a courtesy of the dealership whereas a charge is now attached. I know this is minor but unexpected. Also, the new service personnel have been totally changed around where before the people knew me and you and that added a lot to the personal touch and reason to return to the service and sales there. I feel that the corporate end of the dealership should be toward the personal friendliness and familiarity which was there before. More
