Don’t go here if you’re a woman. Every department of this place is shady and incompetent. Issue 1: Sales. I bought a brand new 26 trailblazer. I went in alone, my dad was my co-sign Every department of this place is shady and incompetent. Issue 1: Sales. I bought a brand new 26 trailblazer. I went in alone, my dad was my co-signer but he elected to not sit at the dealership for hours and trusted my decisions. Everything was going great until the end when my sales person was going through my paperwork with me. Apparently Allah decided to take it upon himself to sign me up for some bronze package I wanted no part in. I told my sales person at the beginning that I don’t want the diamond ceramic coating on my car, I don’t want anything extra, I just want the car. I see this paperwork in front of me and it looked wrong. My payment was the same as the one for this package. They get this allah guy over there, and before this remember I had told my sales person I wanted nothing extra, and up until this point the only time I talked to allah was when he asked, near demanded, that I want gap insurance for which I struggled with him to decline, and he tries to tell me it’s what I want and refused to do anything about it until I called my father and hear him say no. The number of times I had to tell this man no is baffling and why wouldn’t he just take my word for it. Apparently while all this is transpiring, my car is taken back to get this coating on it that several times I have said I didn’t want. The entire team, yes team as a whole, reluctantly takes the package off that takes over $40 off of my monthly payment. What incentive was this guy getting to feel the need to force this package on me without my consent. At what point did my sales guy stand up for me or convey my wishes to this guy? Never. But now I’m stuck with an extra $1500 of coating on my car I didn’t want and they refused to take it off my total even though it was their issue and not mine. The sales guy tried to buy me off with $200 floor mats. Also we told them that we didn’t care if my name wasn’t on the car, we just wanted to get the lowest rate and Allah told me they were doing me a favor keeping me on there. They threw numbers at me but I do not believe they ran the numbers with just his name on there. There is a lot of assumptions and no communication and everything was just shady with how everyone was acting. Issue 2: Service department. I went in to get the black bow tie emblems and rear cargo liner put on that I ordered from the GM store. I’m fairly certain they spent more time moving my seat than making sure they did their job right. Get my car back with both front and back emblems not on flush, I can see the inside brackets of the front one and the rear cargo liner is sagging. On top of that everything was filthy inside and out where they installed everything, and somehow my rear camera wasn’t working. I had to bring it in the next day. I didn’t even have 400 miles on the car and they are blaming the camera on the computer system conveniently when issues didn’t happen until I got it back from them. They fix the camera but then they tell me there is nothing else they can do for me, apparently if they did it again it would end up the same way. This is completely unacceptable and I don’t even want to go back for my free oil change if they’re going to treat me, as a customer who just spent a bunch of money with them, do the worst job ever on service appointments on top of being almost completely taken advantage of because Allah knows what’s best for a woman and I have no say in my purchase. I absolutely do not trust this dealership with anything and they refuse to make their mistakes right. More
