My experience with Phillips Buick GMC in Fruitland Park, Fl. was the smoothest car buying experience I've had to date, thank to the professional, and knowledgeable sales and service member Ken Buzby. Mr. Fl. was the smoothest car buying experience I've had to date, thank to the professional, and knowledgeable sales and service member Ken Buzby. Mr. Buzby was very personable, and very interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle, from the safety features to the fog lamps that I had to have. The "deal" was done remotely, I was at work, and Mr. Buzby took the anxiety that I would have had completely away! I was up dated in a timely manner, and never left in the dark throughout my car buying experience, and had 100% confidence in Mr. Buzby. I purchased the Encore GX, 2021 and very happy to know about all the safety features, and very happy with my new vehicle. From start to finish it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone in the dealership from the sales associates to the manager to the finance office were super and very kind very knowledgeable. Thank you Phillips Buick GMC, and a huge shout out to Ken Buzby.
