You would think that they would make sure that the back up camera was working when I left the lot that is my only issue. More

The only bad experience I had with this purchase is when I picked up my vehicle the backup camera did not work and I’ve been waiting for 2.5 weeks now to hear from the service department about the part to get it repaired. I’m upset that they let the brand new 2023 GMC go out of the lot with a nonworking back up camera seeing that they knew it was going to be going out on Tuesday the day I purchased it. you would think that they would pull the part out of a different truck that was just sitting there when they knew that truck was sold and going out. The service department said that they knew that that camera was bad and they had ordered a new one and they were back ordered. I just hope I don’t have a long wait to get my back up camera fixed and I will stay on Buzz and the service department. Until it is fixed. Other than not having a complete $64,000 pick up truck for sale was good transition was quick one of the fastest I’ve ever had we pre-printed our paperwork so we were in an out in two hours. I get a new vehicle every three years and the worst thing for us spending a whole day at a dealer so other than the back up camera it was very good experience. More
