Steve was great and very helpful and I would work with him anytime, however the Lexus I purchased started to have problems within five days. When I start the car up there are lights that are flashing and a message that tells me to take it to the dealer. When I brought it back I was told by your service department they had no one who specialized in working on a Lexus but would look at it, being concerned about that I took it to the Lexus dealer in Wesley Chapel. I ended up being told my new (to me) Lexus had more than likely been in an accident due to the fact he found at least 3 open circuits. They would have to take the vehicle completely apart to find the source of the problem. I also was told that even though I paid for the extended warranty that this work would not be covered by the purchased warranty. Upon purchasing the vehicle I had asked if it had ever been in an accident and was told, "No." This repair will cost me considerable money. I spent a lot of money already and it appears I have to spend more. This has made me very upset. More
