During the past 18 years I have come to know 2 very trustworthy Phillip’s Sales persons ( we have only deal with these two.). We (my late wife Mary & I )have purchased abo trustworthy Phillip’s Sales persons ( we have only deal with these two.). We (my late wife Mary & I )have purchased about 10 vehicles from these two Phillip’s employees during the 18 years we have lived in Leesburg. During that time we were also privileged to meet with Mr. Phillips. We believe the Employees must certainly reflect his values on honesty and good human relations.I give The Dealership a 10 for their respect and honesty in dealing with customers. I told them there was a leak . They said there was no leak. I picked the truck on Friday and told them if you didn’t find a leak I’ll be back on Monday . I lost my ac on Saturday. But the tech finally after I brought it back and told them where the leak they finally found it. After two weeks of rentals I finally got my truck back . Bob and Jim were great.
