Thank you for your service to GM. Thirty-three years is an amazing achievement. It seems as if nothing is normal in the car business these days and we all have to adjust on the fly. Parts are sometimes not immediately available and extensive repairs have to be coordinated logistically. GM Certified work is at a premium and we do our best to schedule and accommodate everyone in a timely fashion.
