We traded in 3 good running vehicles for 2 what we thought was great used vehicles. Paid 62000.00 for a truck and 36000.00 for a suv. By the time we got home in truck was having issues. Took it back they kept it a day said it was fixed took it back same issue popped up time we were home. Took it back they have had it for a couple weeks and now sent it to another dealership ..bought a truck and haven't got to enjoy it yet. And we are down to no vehicles having to depend on rides because the suv we knew air in rear wasn't getting cold but said it would be fixed by the time we picked it up. We come to pick it up said no take it and bring it back they had to order a part. So we did brought it back wrong part and needed a nother again said take it bring it back. But this time guess what when I took it NO air in front either in florida in June. So w had again depend on rides now have suv back in shop STILL haven't got truck back so NO vehicle in our position and don't give loaners so waiting a hour for someone to take us home and can't do errands we needed to do. This place has become a joke. More
The car I was interested in was apparently known to your online sales rep who said it had just come in. The next communication was on Wednesday an said I am sorry but the car was sold... She should have known that someone was already very interested or committed to buying the car and should have told me so. She did offer to keep an eye out for another one (I provided a description), and that is the only reason the dealership got as many as 3 stars. More
