We called Theresa a second time to confirm that we would drive the 110 miles to the Dealership with our trade-in vehicle, which was a 2020 Suburban Premier, with only 21,192 miles. We arrived at 3:00 pm and met with Fred Allen, who showed the vehicle, obtained a trade in-offer and guided us through the sales process. We drove home in the Denali we were searching for. We felt our Suburban was worth more than the trade-in. We accepted the trade-in offer to avoid selling the vehicle ourselves. The on-line / Internet price was honored. We felt it was overall a good deal for the difficult to find vehicle. We plan to move our 5th Wheel RV with the vehicle purchased at Phillips Buick GMC. We enjoyed working with Fred Allen. More
