They did an amazing job of getting me my new GMC Terrain Denali in a very short time frame at a fair price! They even drove it 3 hours to deliver it to me. I took my truck in because it was running rough when the engine was cold. After running the scan tool on it they said I had 2 cylinders that were misfiring: From this they determined I need needed all new f engine was cold. After running the scan tool on it they said I had 2 cylinders that were misfiring: From this they determined I need needed all new fuel injectors for $3,850. Since they never actually got it to act up I don’t know how they determined it was a fuel problem and not a spark a problem. I elected not to have the work done yet since they didn’t have they injectors and I needed the truck. When I got it back it now had a second more serious issue of the transmission shuddering and vibrating all the the time. I have since learned these trucks have a lot of problems with the lockup torque converter causing this shuddering but mine never did this before I took it in to Phillips for serving. I call the service writer and he acted like he had never run into this problem and didn’t seem to care. I will have both problems fixed else where. More
