I purchased my car a 2017 with less than 17,000 miles from Phillips Buick on Sunday. The next morning I called to let them know that it needed a alignment it was pulling to the right a little. The salesman stated he would have to see what they could do, it was sold as is. In less than 27 hrs my cv axel broke. I paid for my car to be towed back to the dealership. The next morning they called. I explained. They stated I didn’t pay for a warranty that was offered to me. My car was sold as is and they wouldn’t fix it at no charge. I stated this is the 8th vehicle we have purchased from them and it would be our last if they didn’t fix it! They called me back and said it would cost $750 and they offered me a discount of $150 off. I stated this wouldn’t be acceptable and if they wanted to keep my business they would fix it. After speaking to the 4th person in 2 days they called me back and stated they would fix the cv axel but after spending so much they would charge $198 for the front end alignment! I got my car back 1 week after they received it! I took my car somewhere else and the alignment was $98. Make sure you buy a warranty!!! More
