Had a front end alignment and oil change done and as far as I can tell the quality of the workmanship is good. The issue I had with the service was being quoted a lower price over the phone for the front en as I can tell the quality of the workmanship is good. The issue I had with the service was being quoted a lower price over the phone for the front end alignment than what I was quoted at the service center when contracting for the work. I complained that this was not the price I was quoted and their response was “oh he shouldn’t have told you that, we haven’t done front in alignment for that price for quite a while“. I’m just not sure why I am responsible for their incompetence. More

I had contacted this service department to have a transmission issue looked at. Now for the record, I have read the codes and driven the vehicle in question. After arriving the young service writer w transmission issue looked at. Now for the record, I have read the codes and driven the vehicle in question. After arriving the young service writer was provided the codes and I was asked if I left them which I said yes. Long story short I was told there tech read the codes as drove the vehicle and determined it needed a $6k new transmission. At a cost of $145 I was told the same codes I had read and that the tech drove the vehicle. All I which I had done and already knew. We def not have this service performed and retuned home with the vehicle. At this point I have changed the fluid which have the transmission working presently. Moral to this review is that I do not recommend this service group ! More
