Even though this was a recall service and my first time at this dealership they treated me like a regular paying customer. With Phillip's Buick dealership I have never had any difficulties; however, with the body repair shop, I am totally dissatisfied! They cannot repair my vehicle, damaged in a car accident and covered by difficulties; however, with the body repair shop, I am totally dissatisfied! They cannot repair my vehicle, damaged in a car accident and covered by insurance (not mine) until April 11! The accident happened in early January, 2022! Parts came in the week of March 14, and they cannot find the time to repair my GMC Terrain in a timely fashion! Originally, I was to take my vehicle in for repair on March 14, but now, not until April 11! And, to think, I chose this body repair shop and they cannot help me get my car back to 100%! This is totally unacceptable for me, a former GM salaried employee for 33 years! More
