I wanted to share my recent experience at GMC Phillips, which was unfortunately very disappointing. The service advisor was neither courteous nor knowledgeable. I was told the wait time would be around thr which was unfortunately very disappointing. The service advisor was neither courteous nor knowledgeable. I was told the wait time would be around three hours, but I received no updates or communication—even as the service center was about to close. When I arrived to pick up my truck, there was no proper explanation or clear diagnosis provided. Despite being told that the master technician had worked on my vehicle, no one could tell me what was actually wrong. This lack of professionalism and transparency left me with no choice but to seek help from a local independent shop. I came to the dealership expecting expert service, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and let down. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns.
