This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We knew exactly the making and model of used car we were looking for, but we were having challenges finding the color combination tha have ever had. Phillips Buick GMC had the exact car and mileage we were looking for. I’ve been searching for weeks and big deal dealing with shady dealers left and right trying to mislead me. I’m quite frankly try to rip me off. When I interacted with the Internet department initially at Phillips they were straightforward, realistic about pricing, and willing to make a fair deal. We hash out the deal over text an email and less than 30 minutes with the agreement that if the car met my standards after seeing driving, we would purchase it right then on the agreed-upon price we negotiated ahead of time. The Internet manager Kevin even went as far as filming a video of the car and sending it to me and he was 100% honest in that video because everything he said and showed about the car was exactly what my wife and I found when we made the hour and 45 minute drive to the dealership. We had the deal wrapped up and we’re out of there after test drive and inspection in less than two hours. Our salesman, Steve Yates, finance person, Kevin, Internet specialist, Teresa, and Internet manager, Kevin or a true delight to work with. I did have a trade-in, but I already had several offers in writing to buy my trade, but I brought it just to see if there was an interest and see what Phillips would do and if they could at least meet whatever he got in writing. They didn’t just meet it. They actually beat it. I’ve never driven so far to buy a car before, but it was absolutely worth it and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They even accommodated my wife and I bringing our dog along as we couldn’t leave them at home all afternoon. Wonderful people and a great dealership. More
