When I purchased the vehicle it was late I was tired I asked the manager if I could put the extended warranty on in the next couple of days, he replied yes . When I came in to purchase it I was told no it asked the manager if I could put the extended warranty on in the next couple of days, he replied yes . When I came in to purchase it I was told no it had to be done when I purchased it. Quite honestly they hurt me on this point and lost your company money. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be rectified More

My only complaint during the life of my vehicle is that the dash on my Yukon cracked badly and I understand this is a common problem.
