I went to 2 other dealerships before I came to see Eddie at Phillips Chevrolet. They both offered me a very high interest rate on used vehicles that were no longer under manufacturer warranty, each giving m at Phillips Chevrolet. They both offered me a very high interest rate on used vehicles that were no longer under manufacturer warranty, each giving me only one specific car to pick from. I came into the Chevy dealership, showed Eddie exactly what I wanted, told him what I wanted my payment to stay under and what the other dealerships had offered and he got me financed on my lunch break lol. Phillips Chevy was able to get me financed with an interest rate less than half of what the other dealerships offered! They gave me more on trade in, they got me into a 2026 under full warranty, and they did it in less than 2 hours over all. Probably an hour and a half tops. Everyone I talked to at Phillips Chevy was so helpful. Next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle I will absolutely be back. Alana Martin met me at the dealership and, after a test drive, explained the details regarding the vehicle’s certification, warranty options, fees and taxes, and any additional dealer products/services, as well as answering my remaining questions. Two days later, she forwarded the CarFax to me and addressed a couple of last-minute concerns. Later that day my wife and I finalized the purchase and brought the vehicle home. Alana was very professional and knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pressure to buy additional products or services that we didn’t want. She had all the necessary paperwork prepared before our final visit because we were travelling early the next morning and were pressed for time.
