I had my car at Jeep for almost a week and called twice to have them do an oil change while it was there. I never received a call back and had to schedule an oil change for another day after already not ha to have them do an oil change while it was there. I never received a call back and had to schedule an oil change for another day after already not having my car for a month. The whole situation was just inconvenient and could have been avoided. Also I have previously had an experience when my car was supposed to have a tire rotation and they said it had been done but the tires were all in the same position when I picked it up as my husband had marked them prior to dropping them off. And again I had to make a separate appointment to bring my vehicle back in. More

11-7-2023 On 11-3-2023 I had a 7:30 appointment at Phillip’s. The service person Hose said 2 hrs. so they took me home. I called at 12 noon the service person said he would check on the status and cal Phillip’s. The service person Hose said 2 hrs. so they took me home. I called at 12 noon the service person said he would check on the status and call back, no call. At 2 pm I called again and demanded status. They said they didn’t have the part for a Gas cap light on the dash display. They called a few minutes later and said the vehicle was ready and would send the driver to pick me up. I got there at 3 pm. I only have this one vehicle so I could not go and do what I had to. To me that is terrible service. Why did take 7 hrs. to change oil and diagnose a problem? More

Jose was absolutely the best service provider that I could have asked for. I just moved to Ocala 6 weeks ago. I wanted to have my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced and purchase new tires. Jose was very could have asked for. I just moved to Ocala 6 weeks ago. I wanted to have my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced and purchase new tires. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable of my needs. He had to break the news to me that they would not be able to put my new tires on the same date as scheduled due to a piece of shop equipment that had broken. We scheduled to touch base on Friday morning to see if the equipment was repaired. Jose called me at 8:01 to inform me the parts for equipment had not arrived. We have scheduled to communicate on Wednesday next week. Jose is making my transition from Kentucky to Ocala, Florida service go smoothly. More
