Customer Service I needed some work done on my 2016 Chrysler 300 which I purchased from Matthew Hurd over a year ago. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the service depa I needed some work done on my 2016 Chrysler 300 which I purchased from Matthew Hurd over a year ago. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the service department was extremely busy and I could not get through on the phone. I took a chance and called Matt and asked for help. He told me he would need a few minutes and would call me back. He walked over to service and spoke to Abriel Archer. These 2 men worked together and within about 5 minutes Matt called me back. I had my car towed in, and was met immediately by Abriel who had a rental car driver waiting to assist me with much needed transportation. It is so nice to know that a salesman will work so closely with the service department and a customer to make sure all needs are met. My car is again running beautifully and due to the excellent way we were treated, we went back today and purchased a truck. That is how you earn business.
