Mark did his usual magic and found us exactly what we were looking for, and worked on making us a deal on a Rubicon that we are ecstatic about. Dale Coleman (management) remembered us from 2013 when we bought our first vehicle at the dealership and made us feel right at home. Kevin Roberts got the contract done quickly so we could get on the road in our new Jeep. This was the shortest amount of time we've ever spend at a dealer purchasing a vehicle, which is a huge plus in our books. Thank you Mark, Dale and Kevin! Awful Purchase Experience We recently purchased a used car for a family member out of state. This car buying experience was the worst I have ever had. Granted, we were purcha We recently purchased a used car for a family member out of state. This car buying experience was the worst I have ever had. Granted, we were purchasing a car that was to be registered in another state so that made the transaction a little more complicated but they said that it was not a big deal. Whenever we asked a question, salesman would have to go to multiple people to get an answer. We would then get incorrect information (insurance requirements, registrations questions, title, etc.). We spent hours trying to get the documentation they said they needed; then they tell us is it was not needed and that they gave incorrect information. A week and a half later, we finally pick up the car. We left without the car being insured and they never gave us the title even though we paid cash for the car. It took another 2 weeks to get the title. When we test drove the car, the air conditioning appeared to be working. When we drove it home a week and a half later, the AC was not working. We did not think it would have been necessary to test drive it again. I called the salesman immediately. He did not call me back. I needed to call him back the next day. Then another day goes by before he called me to tell me that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for him to check again and he was supposed to call me back again. Never heard another word. They never offered to even look at the AC to see if it was a simple fix. The car we purchased was only $6K so maybe they felt that it was not worth the effort to make a customer happy who had a low dollar purchase. I was actually looking at a 2016 Jeep on the lot for myself but obviously, I will not be buying another car from them. More

He is more concerned about a long term relationship than just making this deal. I will always check with Bill for any future dealings. It was hard for us to trade in our 2013 Town and Country. So, when I decided time had come to buy another there was no question that I would go back to Bill Stickley and Phillips and again I am very happy with my 2017 Pacifica. Everyone at Phillips is first class from sales to closing to service. And When my grandson was ready to purchase his truck of course I went with him to Phillips and they sent us to Phillips in Lady Lake where he purchased a new GMC truck. Unable to get financed anywhere else, him and the finance manager made sure to work the numbers to make it possible. Needed the van the same day, and with my husband stuck at work all day (before the dealership opened, and after they closed), Otto went out of his way to take the paperwork and vehicle to my husbands job, so he could sign his share, then took me and my kids home to "deliver" the van and picked up my trade-in to drive back, so I had a dependable vehicle RIGHT NOW!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly employees, that aren't "pushy" and just "trying to get the sale"! More

We shopped for two weeks for a Grand Cherokee Limited with four specific options and were unable to locate one within 500 miles. Otto contacted me and suggested that we consider the Jeep Overland instead of the Limited because some of the options were standard on the Overland. We were quite surprised the overall cost was very close to the Limied. Otto will be my "go to Guy" on my next new car and will recommend him to my friends. We did not spend much time with Brad Leonard, the Business Manager but he too is a true asset to the Phillips Dealership. We have experienced high pressue in the past to buy add ones but not with Brad. We were on our way with our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Overland after signing the many documents within 20 minutes. Not best experience Barely got the deal I needed. Kept trying to push their financing on us.
