Buying Experience It was a terrific buying experience. JD was attentive, listened to what we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. We feel it was one of our bes It was a terrific buying experience. JD was attentive, listened to what we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. We feel it was one of our best buying experiences to date. If there is a negative it was with the financing. We were led to believe that it would only take about 20 minutes for the financing option AND once we were in the finance office that was true; however, it took about 45 minutes for the finance office to set up the paperwork. Not having been told this, we were somewhat frustrated by the time we made into the finance office. Had this been properly explained either by JD or the finance officer it would have been a perfect buying experience. Even so, we would still recommend this dealership above all others we have encountered over the years. More
