Poor communication between service people. Car had bad battery, were told don't turn off because it won't start. Person handed FOB to driver. Car was moved and turned off. I needed a recall service done. The dealership two miles from home put us on a waiting list months ago and still don’t have the part. They got the part and got me in for the service in LESS THAN ONE WEEK! Also did an oil change on my diesel gladiator for about $100 LESS than the dealer nearer to home. I will make the drive for anything I need from the dealership without a second thought. Thank you! More
