Brought my vehicle in on a Monday for oil change and tire rotation and check engine light. I was charged for labor to troubleshoot and fix the check engine light and was informed they couldn’t figure it out. After pulling away my alignment was way off and check engine light came back on again. I called to discuss the issues for two days without any return calls. I chose to go back on Wednesday only to be told it wasn’t them that caused the alignment issues and that I would be charged additional fees to put the vehicle on an alignment rack to check it. No offer of we will make it right for the customer or even an apology for the inconvenience of having to return in two with a vehicle that was worse off and not safe to drive. This service department has shown me and my family that their bottom line is more important than customer service. More
