Truthfully, I am at a lose for words at the way I have been taken advantage of by this “dealership” I am very aware of the possibilities that as a naive young girl I am easy prey for extortion. I just mov been taken advantage of by this “dealership” I am very aware of the possibilities that as a naive young girl I am easy prey for extortion. I just moved to florida and live alone, so I put a lot of trust into these dealerships to do right by me when it comes to any type of repair for my vehicle. I have no idea how many times i’ve been overcharged at this place, all i know is that i was charged 600$ for them to replace a dead battery. I was also told that they had many other appointments to see so they were unsure if they could even fix my vehicle for a while, at which point i had called to cancel one hour after and they told me they had already changed the battery. I found it ironic that such a busy dealership prioritized my small battery with such haste. Now that I know better i understand it was because they were overcharging me for something so small. Needless to say, I will never be going back here or referring this dealership to anyone ever. More

Also the cashier who I worked with was very nice when giving me rental car for 25 hours - all staff was great to work with but I would add You could add more cameras to waiting area or something in waiting room - I did have a pink Stanley Mug stolen while I was taking with cashier . I did-not see who took my expensive mug . However, your employees all were wonderful and I give them all 5 stars Thank you for fixing and helping me with my new Hybrid Jeep Ruth and Carl Berkowitz More

I waited over 2 hours to be told that the wrong part was ordered. All I received was a sorry. I did not hear if the correct part came in or what is going on.
