They have had my Town and Country for almost 3 weeks now, I have had 1 call regarding status. Numerous messages have not been returned. That dealership service center is terrible the wait for service takes way to long and the techs are nothing more than parts pushers took my truck in for a coolant leak and they said it was the egr hoses so service takes way to long and the techs are nothing more than parts pushers took my truck in for a coolant leak and they said it was the egr hoses so I had them change them then 2 days later they said couldn't get it to bleed and told me it needed a radiator fan so I said go ahead they did and and called and said the truck was ready went and picked it up got home and still leaking coolant took it back and then they said the water pump was leaking that it would be another 2000 for a new water pump that I can buy from mopar for 400 this is what they wanted after the 3000 they charged me for parts I didn't even need I will never take another automobile to this dealership again More
