Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

Brought my jeep in last week and paid nearly $800 for issue that was related to my check engine light. Shortly after leaving the dealership, my check engine light came back on. I immediately called the s issue that was related to my check engine light. Shortly after leaving the dealership, my check engine light came back on. I immediately called the service dept, was transferred to John’s voicemail where I left a message and have not received a returned call to date. Since last Friday I have called a total of 5 times, leaving voicemails due to no one answering or being transferred. I am highly annoyed and will continue going to the one in Inverness instead. Even though Phillips is closer to me, they have lost my business. Meanwhile I’m driving around with the CEL on and can’t use my remote start because of it. More

They serviced my car while I waited and never notified me when they finished. I sat an extra 40 minutes until I asked if it was done. My tire pressures before service was all35 pounds.
