Since Sept 28, 2023, I have had my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in numerous times, and I STILL have the same code showing on my dash. Almost 3 months and the issue is not resolved!! Brought 2016 jeep wrangler in for over heating, They took heads off stripping bolts and said not their fault, then said new engine, then charged for 2 heads and labor on what did not work. Now electric took heads off stripping bolts and said not their fault, then said new engine, then charged for 2 heads and labor on what did not work. Now electric top does not work and they said it’s not electric and also told me there was no back up camera! Give them 5 stars for lying, excuses and ripping us off with out completing job charged for and now have to go elsewhere to fix the problems they created 😩13 k later More
