My experience was with Al at Pburg Honda. He got me a better deal than I ever expected and I found his staff to be friendly and helpful with all my questions. After a visit and with test drive , recieved an offer over the phone that evening. Next morning when contacting dealership was told the deal was off. Reason, dealership had met thier monthly quota. Tried over the phone that evening. Next morning when contacting dealership was told the deal was off. Reason, dealership had met thier monthly quota. Tried to resolve, but recieved an apology. Not even from the sales person who took back the deal. Would not recommmend this dealership to anyone and made a case complaint to Honda headquarters. More
