We are sorry the service team did not fully explain the wait time when we are busy. We pride ourselves in being upfront and explaining how long to expect and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback so we can be better moving forward. As far as the turning off the camera we do that for our safety and I apologize they did not let you know they would do that.
