The service what was being done to Car was perfect however, the waiting period was too long. I was later advised that there was another problem on the car which they took care of. I had a 10:30 a. m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:15. There were many, many people in the waiting area which led me to believe that m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:15. There were many, many people in the waiting area which led me to believe that the scheduling was not well thought out. I proceeded to wait and after 1 hour I inquired about status of my vehicle. They stated it was being worked on which is not what the status on the digital board indicated. My vehicle was not ready until 11:55. This delay caused me to be very late for a doctor appointment that was scheduled for 12:30. I did complain to the manager who apologized but this is totally unacceptable for the small service I needed. More
