Where do I begin? First, I requested to put air in my tire as the temperature recently dropped and the light came on while servicing my car; something that is a simpl First, I requested to put air in my tire as the temperature recently dropped and the light came on while servicing my car; something that is a simple request. Yet NO AIR WAS EVER PUT IN MY TIRE. I explained that my airbag light is on and yet IT IS STILL ON. I was texted that I needed a number of things and asked if I would like for your Service Department to do it; yet no prices were ever given. I had to request them. I understand that you are in the business of making money but giving prices should be customary and NOT a follow-up question. I was told there was a leak of oil in my undercarraige which I find susupicious because I do NOT have ANY oil stains in my garage or driveway. Furthermore, I consistently got an oil change at another company since leaving Honda and they NEVER REPORTED a leak. When I picked up my car, I was told the next service would be at certain miles number that was 30K BELOW the ACTUAL NUMBER!!!!! So in my mind, I was thinking did they even look at my car or was this JUST a money grab!!!!!! I "texted" the person I was dealing with and she tried to repeat what the miles were LIKE I WAS DUMB!!!!! I told her to call me so we can discuss as she claimed she did not have the ability to review the pictures of my odometer and the tag I had texted. She NEVER CALLED. I had to call FIVE TIMES. She explained that my car was serviced as she saw it personally on the lift. I wasn't convinced. Then when I took my car to the grocery store, my steering wheel began to shake violently!!!! Then I became convinced because NONE OF THIS WAS OCCURRED PRIOR TO ME TAKING MY CAR HERE!!!! Of course I need an alignment now that you put it off of alignment!!!!! I suddenly remembered WHY I stop taking the car here!!!! I DO NOT CARE WHAT EMAILS THEY SEND....I WILL NOT BE A SUCKER FOR THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!!!!! Now my alignment is screwed up, no air in my tire and air bag check engine light is still on and they never even addressed it!!!! More
