On April 6th, I canceled my warranties for my new car. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to see the money applied to the principle on the loan. After a month of waiting, I called, left voicemails, and em I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to see the money applied to the principle on the loan. After a month of waiting, I called, left voicemails, and emailed numerous times. Every time I did get a call back, they would tell me to give it more time. This week, I finally spoke to someone who would help. The dealership found out the refund never went through, so now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks to see if they did it correctly. I was told I would be refunded $3,369.87. I questioned this. I said the warranties should be $3,494. They said Honda will do that amount. I also asked if I would be getting a refund on the interest that I paid the past couple months because of Honda's error. The dealership told me the interest cannot be refunded. I am paying for the dealership's mistake. I expected the dealership to apologize and to try to make things right. Unfortunately, it's been stressful and disappointing. More

Worst dealership with the worst manager, Anthony Sherman. All i can say is dont buy from there. Sold me a 2017 Hyundai Accent with no spare tire or jack. Sherman refused to fix the situation.
