Scheduled appt. with Sales to order 2023 HVR and trade 2019 HRV. Greeted by Jason Gross, started off well. He was complimentary that I knew exactly what I wanted and came well prepared. While negotiating the trade he left and was replaced by someone else with no explanation. The second rep contradicted much of the info given to us by Jason (who never returned but was standing idly in the glass enclosed office). Miraculously the second rep. appeared with an acceptable offer and we were ready to move ahead only to find out that in order to meet my desired trade amount, they jacked the price of the 2023 purchase without disclosing it! Mind you, I am a woman and perhaps they thought I am stupid. Wasted 2 hours and lots of travel. Buyer beware . . . More
Very unscrupulous, offered 11k for my trade after their own valuation came in. They then told me the valuation component on the website is just a lead generator. Total bull. Still not fixed. own valuation came in. They then told me the valuation component on the website is just a lead generator. Total bull. Still not fixed. More
0 star but I had to choose one This place is the most deceiving place ever! They trap you into a deal that's appealing to you but lie straight to your face. Check your paperwork because I believed everyt deceiving place ever! They trap you into a deal that's appealing to you but lie straight to your face. Check your paperwork because I believed everything they said to me and receive my bill and don't understand how I owe all this money with a lot of money down! They never offered me a low interest rate and sucked me into a lease without giving me any information. I asked them what the catch was and he said there is no catch you'll have a lower payment and can buy it in the end for sticker price. Me trusting in them decided to believe them because who lies straight to your face ? They do Jason, Gino, and Anthony the gm manager. As I spoke to him on the phone he said I had a good deal I don't know what I'm talking about and wouldn't let me speak, spoke over me demanding I come in and speak with them because the paperwork on file does not match🤔 I'm disgusted and ashamed that we have people like this in this business they're suppose to help you and don't which there's money unaccounted for so where did that go?I have never felt so taken advantage of they robbed me blind so stay clear! I wish there was a charge to get them for abuse of they young and naive because they sure got me. They shall receive lots of karma for their actions because I'm sure I am not the only one. They shouldn't even be in business. Absolutely terrible place More
We have been doing business with PE Honda for many, many years, purchasing several cars there. Always WAS a great experience. As of today, NOT anymore. The Manager there now, Anthony Sherman, dishonest, years, purchasing several cars there. Always WAS a great experience. As of today, NOT anymore. The Manager there now, Anthony Sherman, dishonest, disrespectful, attitude a mile high. Doing this one time great dealership a HUGE disservice. Never going back there again. Should not put an inexperienced boy in such a role. More
I do not recommend this dealership because (1) they allowed me rely on their repeated and extreme misrepresentations of their cleaning equipment regarding capability, type, and efficacy even as they we allowed me rely on their repeated and extreme misrepresentations of their cleaning equipment regarding capability, type, and efficacy even as they were aware that it was a health issue that necessitated the cleaning; (2) they failed to present the exact financing agreement for me to read before signing; and (3) they failed to give me a full copy of all signed paperwork on the day of purchase. After purchase, (4) they did not admit to the deceptions until after I asked how exactly their cleaning equipment works and thus they unnecessarily wasted additional hours of my time; and (5) they offered no solution that would actually solve the problem caused by their misrepresentations. We first met Salesperson Jason Gross, who was polite and did not make any verifiably untrue statements. After I said I was not interested in buying because the air in the car was not clean, he said he needed to talk to his manager and brought out Manager Eric Toth, who outright lied about the dealership's cleaning equipment in terms of capability, type, and efficacy to persuade me to purchase. Manager Eric Toth assured me repeatedly that the car would be cleaned until “acceptable” to me with their ionizer that cleaned the "same" way, did the "same thing", and was, in fact, the "same thing" as an ozone generator. He stated that their ionizer could clear out smoke in 24 hours, which would be typically true of an ozone generator. These claims were made after I explained multiple times that I was reluctant to buy that day because of the air in the car irritated my breathing. This cleaning was important enough to me that I insisted they write it into the agreement before signing. Five days later, this same manager admitted that the dealership's ionizer does not use ozone, he had no idea how their ionizer actually works, and their ionizer is only 1/48 as effective as an actual ozone generator. He did not make these admissions until after I rejected the car on two different days because the air quality and smell was largely identical to how it had been on the purchase day and after I asked how exactly their ionizer works. His failure to admit his lies sooner meant that my family unnecessarily wasted extra hours traveling to and from the dealership, waiting for the "ozone" to dissipate, and arguing with them to properly clean the car with their same-thing-as-an-ozone-generator ionizer. Manager Eric Toth also repeatedly insinuated that I was imagining the problem even as I coughed uncontrollably; this coughing was because I checked the air in the car 3 times that day and, the 3rd time, they specifically asked me to sit in the vehicle with the doors closed and windows up for 1-2 minutes. When doing the paperwork, I was not shown the full exact documents so that I could read them before I signed. The financing person asked me to sign, for "what we already showed you, on the iPad", so I thought this iPad signature was to agree that I had seen the paper documents. This iPad signature was actually for the financing part that was presumably a document on the iPad. I only got to see what I had signed after he printed out the signed digital document and gave me my copy. The financing person also failed to give me a full copy of all signed documents; he somehow managed to give me a copy where one section had no handwriting. This problem was remedied by Salesperson Jason Gross providing me with a photograph of a copy of the section I did not have the next business day after we requested it. Other things we encountered were: Every service tech we met did their job and was helpful. We had to request floor mats from the salesperson to get them in the car again, and this was done without issue. The license plates took a little over 4 weeks to arrive from the day of purchase, but that is probably more a slow DMV matter. As a result of misrepresentations made by this dealership, I have a driveway obstacle until someone who is not me handles the air inside. Manager Eric Toth understood that it was a health issue that necessitated the cleaning and still chose to wildly misrepresent the dealership's cleaning abilities and equipment and willingness to clean. The dealership's cleaning equipment is considerably inferior to what this manager initially led me to believe and this car was not cleaned until acceptable to me. They were aware that I was relying on their statements about their willingness and capability to clean the air in the car when I chose to purchase but chose to make wildly untrue statements. The dealership believes they have fulfilled all they owe me. While I acknowledge that they probably did do some sort of cleaning that may fulfil what they wrote down, they did not do the cleaning as Manager Eric Toth described because they literally do not have the equipment. The dealership offered no solution that solves the problem of me having a car that is not cleaned to the extent that I can use it. In fact, the only solution they suggested is that I can waste additional time bringing in the car for more time on their 1/48-as-effective ionizer. More
