This was my first time at PE Honda, I was consider myself a disaster of a case. ( bad credit, no money down) I did not want to deal with sitting at a dealer for 3+ hours while being pushed to buy a car that a disaster of a case. I had the pleasure of working with Tom in sales and Steve in financing, they were WONDERFUL. Knowledgeable, honest, understanding, patient and friendly. Tom was in no way pushy or made me feel pressured to get a car. I felt like all of my concerns were heard, understood and overcome. All of the questions I had were answered. Steve in finance was friendly and understanding. He stood true to his word and did not put me over the budget I had. He explained all documentation that I needed to sign. Both gentlemen expressed gratitude and that if there was anything that I would need further I could reach out at any time.
