Everyone was friendly and courteous while we were th My husband and I purchased a pre-owned Honda Odyssey from Phillipsburg-Easton Honda on June 6th. Everyone was friendly and courteous while we were there (to get a sale of course). But unfortunately the vehicle was missing a few things. They only had 1 key for the vehicle (we were told it was locked in an office for the weekend, since we were there on a Saturday) and they would be able to get it first thing on Monday. The vehicle had no floor mats (we were told those could be ordered no problem). The vehicle was missing the middle seat (we were told that could be ordered no problem and we would have it within 7-10 business days), and they didn't have a permanent plate or registration, so we left with a temporary plate as well. Fast forward almost 2 months later, at least 50 calls, voicemails, texts, and little to no response from ANYONE. They're always "working on it" or "looking into it". We finally got floor mats after a month and half of waiting, still no seat or no key. No one returns our calls, we've spoken to people in service and in sales. Two different sales managers will always "get back to us" and of course days and weeks go by with no contact. As soon as they have a sale they don't care about their customers. This is by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced. The level of neglect and dismissiveness is ridiculous. I would never recommend buying a vehicle here More

A little rant. I’ve been stewing on for over a week. Getting onto the highway with two babies. There’s a pot hole in the ramp onto 22. I hit it... get into NJ, driving and all of a sudden my tire pressure light dings and goes on. We just so happen to be by Phillipsburg Easton Honda I pull in line at their service center. A young man walks up and asks how he can help me. I explain what happened and ask him to please check my tire pressure. He says to me, I’ll reset the code and you can be on your way. No, I’d like you to check the tire pressure. He said okay! I ask Kayla to come to my car and sit with the kids while I fill the babies bottle with water. I come back and Kayla says, he’s just resetting the code. Sure enough. He gets out of my car and says, I reset the code, if it goes off again feel free to come back. I reply calmly- go get me someone now! He looks at me, says okay and off he goes. Another gentlemen in a blue shirt comes back and says how can I help you? I explain what happens. He seems perplexed and says well what would you like for me to do. I can feel my temper starting. Check my tire pressure! How do feel it’s acceptable to tell someone who has two babies in their car to just be on your way and IF it goes off again come back? And if my tire goes flat or blows while with these two babies, what then??? Finally he says, I agree that’s not acceptable. He tells me he will get me written up! I ask for what? I just want you to check my tire pressure. He’s stammering and says I’ll do what you want. I said I’ve been clear on my request since I got here. Just need someone to follow through and do it! I finally get the pressure checked. Two of the tires are slightly off. Then we did a hard reset! Common sense! More
