Inquired from out of state about a vehicle they have listed on their website. Was text messaged by Cody Graves about the vehicle. I asked for a more detailed description of the vehicle and for a walk ar listed on their website. Was text messaged by Cody Graves about the vehicle. I then called the dealership and asked for Cody. Was told that he was away from his desk and they took my phone number and said he would call me. A few moments later I get a text from Cody that it was raining and he’s going to do the video right now. No video was sent, no communication whatsoever. I understand that I’m out of state but I am a pilot for a commercial airline company and can be anywhere within the US within 5 hours. I was calling to give a deposit and could make arrangements to get the vehicle. This dealership and Cody handled this extremely poor and lost a cash sale. Regardless, you treat the janitor the same as the CEO. Cody has alot of customer relations to figure out but maybe car sales isn’t for him More

I noticed antifreeze leaking from my wifes Explorer, turned out it was the water pump leaking. An appointment was made with Stacy Moffitt. I dropped the Explorer off at appointment time.
