I had to go get a tire taken care of at Philpott Toyota, but I knew the experience would be excellent before I ever went because their service crew, and actually all their staff, are so outstanding. It is such a relief for me because my husband always handled stuff like this, but he is on Hospice in a nursing home, so, as you can imagine, I am a bit emotional because dealing with car maintenence is so unfamiliar to me. When I saw that my favorite service guy would be taking care of me, my heart was so glad and I immediately relaxed because this guy, Keith Peterson, elevates the word AWESOME. This guy ALWAYS treats me like family. sure enough, he did again! Phillpott Toyota was able to work with me on some of the extra fees associated with the vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need. Usually the finance guy will ruin the ent extra fees associated with the vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need.
