The head of sales Jamie Difebo emailed me separately with a VIN Number in Stock, confirming the price and assuring me there were "No tricks, hidden fees, or embedded rebates" I took off early and went to buy it When i got there they did not have the car on the lot and said that they could not honor the price because it included a $1000 Lease rebate and I wanted to purchase the vehicle. They could not understand why I was upset and refused to give me the keys to my car they took to evaluate for a trade in. Unbelievably poor service!! More

They told me that was fine because they don't close till nine ... he just kept walking away it just seemed like he just didn't want to help me at all .... More
