Timely, effective, and courteous service . That is how I would describe my experience with Piazza Honda this past week. I called Piazza Honda with an issue regarding the left Front wheel of . That is how I would describe my experience with Piazza Honda this past week. I called Piazza Honda with an issue regarding the left Front wheel of my 2012 TL. Given the noise coming from that part of the car, I contacted Piazza Acura and after providing them with the symptoms, I was told to drop the car off that night and they would hope to get to it the next day. A nice woman at the reception desk greeted me, provided me with a pen to write on the service envelope and explained that I had parked in the right area and that the service department would find my car. I figured I wouldn't see the car or hear from the dealership for two days. The next day to my surprise, I received a phone call from Gary Weber in the service department telling me that my car had been fixed and that it was covered under my powertrain warranty! I was thrilled to say the least! When I arrived to pick up my car I was introduced to Gary Weber. He was courteous and professional! More

Great Dealership for Service I needed quite a bit of work done on my vehicle. Some services were covered under warranty, and obviously some were not. The out of pocket cost was kept as low as possible, and the services done to my vehicle was beyond my expectation. Tom called before any of the work was done to my vehicle, and explained everything in detail before they proceeded to do the work.
