If you need any type of vehicle, then Mr. Wendelken is your man, he is a great guy, professional, friendly, great to deal with, never will pressure you into something that you cannot afford or don't want. When you go there be ready for a great experience all the way around! Also, Piazza AutoGroup of Ardmore looks out for their Customers and they won't sell or lease you a bad deal, they are out to make the experience a two way experience. Initially, I didn't understand how the trade-in value and the balance on my old vehicle would be applied, and Kevin thoroughly explained the cost of the vehicle. Additionally, he presented me with options that were suitable for my financial needs. Instead of financing my SUV, I decided to lease it to take advantage of the lower payment. Kevin did a wonderful job explaining Acura's leasing option. After signing all of the paper work, Kevin helped me get acclimated to my new ride. What a difference!!! I rarely if ever follow through with writing reviews. That being said, it's been one of my top priorities to compose this one. I came down from Long Island to purchase a 2014 Honda at Piazza Acura of Ardmore. EVERYONE in the dealership was super helpful, courteous, and professional. I'd researched the vehicle for quite a while and knew what was reasonable to pay- especially given that I have a background in finance. So many dealerships were insanely and blatantly dishonest about the cost (and condition) of their vehicles, it was disheartening to say the least. Based on my experience, I could argue that the staff at Piazza Acura of Ardmore went above and beyond in helping us get into the vehicle for a fair (more then fair?) price. We've got a lot going on with 3 kids in 3 years, and I truly felt that if they were able to accommodate/help us they would, and they did. It was hard not to feel like some dealerships saw an opportunity to take advantage of us, and in many instances hoped to give us less vehicle/options for our budget rather then maximizing our funds; increase their margins and decrease our contentment. It was the complete opposite at Piazza Acura of Ardmore. I am TRULY grateful for having worked with them. We absolutely love our car and the experience was wonderful. Save yourself the leg work, check out the average dealer Yelp rating, they're not terribly high-especially compared to some of the other rating sites; ahhhh who's writing those reviews? We have family that are proprietors in the Reading Terminal so if you’re in the area stop by and grab some good eats as you journey to/from Acura of Ardmore. And, if your conducting business in or around the terminal (that's you fam) give a shout out to the boys at Acura of Ardmore!
