Great Customer Service No one likes to be without her car. I dropped my car off for what I expected to be a routine fix. I picked up my loaner and went on my way. I received a phone call, as promised, later that afternoon. Service would continue testing my car to determine the cause of the problem. A day later, the service department recommended a service that could alleviate the problem. In performing the recommended service, the department discovered the cause to my problem. They had to wait for a part that could take days to arrive. I received daily phone calls and updates regarding the parts and service. When I picked up my car, I did not have to pay for the recommended service; although it was needed, it was not the cause of my initial problem. Overall, the service department was responsive to my needs. More
