Kind and Friendly I always have a pleasant experience and do not dread that they will overcharge me or do things to my vehicle that are not necessary. They provide loaner cars even when I don't request them - thinking about the impact on my day. One problem was that whoever washed the car - used a dirty rag and smeared all my windows.
