Such a horrible experience at Piazza Acura over the weekend. Traveled 2 ½ hours to see a “perfect” used Acura with 13k miles only to find a dented door upon arrival. According to the salesmen Kevin Lee – “Oh no, that wasn’t there yesterday”. Then his manager Paul Mullen says they could fix it for a few hundred dollars and offers the same amount off. Sad that they will lie to their customers with straight faces. Upon returning home without a new car, we could plainly see the touch ups they made to the photos in their online posting. Obviously the flaw was there over a month ago when it was listed and would have required more extensive repairs. Don’t trust these people. More
