Piazza Acura of Ardmore

Bought my acura tlx here and live within 0.5 miles of dealership but will never take my car here for service again. Service is rude, unhelpful and not at all friendly. Ill take my acura up to Scott Honda dealership but will never take my car here for service again. Service is rude, unhelpful and not at all friendly. Ill take my acura up to Scott Honda for general maintenance as the service there is amazing! Its sad!! i gave piazza acura several chances but wont go back!! Also honda told me my battery needed to be replaced soon. Car inspected at acura said battery was in the green. It died at a rest stop off 95 when we ran into the restroom! Crazy. More

The customer service experience at the service department is absolutely awful! I know it’s a dealership and you will always pay a premium to get any work done at a dealership, but the pricing is beyond ridic is absolutely awful! Whether purchased at Piazza or elsewhere, we receive the same excellent service every time. In addition, I appreciate the low turnover in service managers - most of whom know and recognize me when I enter the service department. More
