Whether purchased at Piazza or elsewhere, we receive the same excellent service every time. In addition, I appreciate the low turnover in service managers - most of whom know and recognize me when I enter the service department. More

I ended up going to a couple different places where no one could do anything for me because I was self employed they told me. After being disappointed by other dealers. I returned to see Bob who during the week kept reaching out to see if I would return. I returned thinking I will try one last time but don't expect anything different that was I was told. Not only did Bob and the team help me get financing, they put me in the perfect car that fits me and what I need. Thanks a bunch!! I definitely will be sending you referrals. I recently visited Piazza Acura in Ardmore to trade in the car I had purchased from them a few months prior, and the level of service was unbelievable. Bobby Lee and the acura team took their time and wen the car I had purchased from them a few months prior, and the level of service was unbelievable. Bobby Lee and the acura team took their time and went above and beyond (once again) to make sure I got the best deal possible on the exact car that I wanted. Bobby even treated me to lunch which was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this dealer to first time car buyers or anyone else in the market for a new car 👍🏽! More

good! I like the time my salesperson took with me. But what I did not like was that my car was delivered to me dirty. I would like to share my experience because I don’t want anyone to face the same issue with them. I visited this dealer to look at 2017 Acura MDX certified inventory on 02/04/20 on a rainy day. I met wit anyone to face the same issue with them. I visited this dealer to look at 2017 Acura MDX certified inventory on 02/04/20 on a rainy day. I met with a sales personal name Steve and his boss Dan. We did looked at the blue mdx with tech Package. The car is in ok condition except brakes, some scratches we noticed on the front and back doors on both sides. KBB value for same car with excellent condition 33g. Sales team did not reduced the listed price from 33.5g . I agreed to it on condition if they take care of scratches and offer promotional 0.99% apr. I met with a old lady from finance. She took my details and applied for a loan from Acura finance without proper documents and it got denied. After that she ran my credit with other bank they associated with without my approval and got the offer 3.2 interest rate. I was literally shocked knowing the interest rate I approved for even with excellent credit score. I wasn’t agreed with that and then with in a minute she reduced the rate to 2.99%. I wasn’t happy at all and I was about to leave. Now she started working on 0.99% promotional rate with missing documents which she didn’t gathered initially. I wasn’t happy left from there. After reaching home got a call from Steve with good news of approval for promotional interest rate 0.99. On the very next day evening I went to pick up my car. I don’t have much trust in them so I want check whether car is in good condition before I sign lease papers. Steve handed over the 2nd driver key. We did asked for 1st driver key. He said they were not able find it. They can mail if they find it in future. We told what if you don’t find it the future. He left to the manager and got the first driver key and saying that he find it. We are really shocked and I felt happy that I did not signed papers. The scratches were not taken care of, interior detailing inside hand test kept as it was dusty, marks inside the car. We did asked for the scratches. Steve took the car to detail section and came back. We see the scratches little. He took us to detailer and scratches were buffed. While checking the car in light we found corrosion on the left back seat bumper. That wasn’t even shown while test drive and even when we are about to sign the papers. I’m attaching the image also. It’s a major 2000$ work that need to be done in next one year to treat color on corrosion. They just manipulated it and selling it for big price. Glad I got to know that before signing the papers. Sales man and manager are still convincing us to buy. I felt that they are not trustworthy. They are still wanting me to look at other cars to take promotional interest offer. They will not allow us to check the car properly. Be careful of new tires. They install Walmart tires which are worth of 300$ and put us under the impression they are Acura specified tires. I don’t recommend this dealer. More
