Happy, Happy I was furious with myself when I realized I couldn't make it under the garage door with the tailgate up. Consequently the back wiper got riper off .. But I called Acura and Michelle said, "just bring it in anytime and we'll look at it". $23.00 later and one stop I was such a happy girl again. She got it fixed in less than 10 mins. and cheap at twice the price. And I got to meet Megan who always does my "lock out" just like I like, so it was a win win situation !! While I was waiting, Bob, who sold me my 2nd, 3rd and 4th MDX's saw me and asked if everything was ok, which was so kind of him, just to say Hello. So my experience was great !! Thank you !!! More

Great Service as usual This was a return visit for some brake vibration and noise. Previous visit it was thought to be the front rotors so they were turned. Problem still existed somewhat (at high speeds) and we discovered it was the rear brakes. Also the noise was tires (that were in need of replacement soon). Got everything fixed very quickly. More

Routine service and state inspection I came in for routine service along with PA state inspection . Blown head gasket On valentines day 2017, my car started running rough, the check engine light came on, and some error codes appeared on my screen. I drove to Piazza A On valentines day 2017, my car started running rough, the check engine light came on, and some error codes appeared on my screen. I drove to Piazza Acura of West Chester right away even though I did not have an appointment. Stuart Magerfleisch, with whom I have been dealing for many years, took care of me right away and put me into a loaner vehicle. The next day I learned I had a blown head gasket. After sending the head assemblies to the machine shop and putting everything back together again, it was discovered that one of the heads apparently had a crack in it. After attempting a repair, the machine shop provided a reconditioned head. The day after getting my car back, the check engine light came on again, with a different error code. Once again I drove to Piazza Acura. Apparently the oxygen sensor had gotten "poisoned" from the coolant encountered with the blown head gasket. Once again I was treated very courteously, and the repair was completed the next day. I am now happily driving my car again, and it is running smoothly. Even though this took an extended time to complete, I give Stuart high marks for keeping me in the loop and working to keep costs down. And the service team, led by Darren Griffith, did a wonderful job of the repair - as I have always encountered. Thank you very much !!! More

First Service I finally took my new MDX in for it's first service, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. I was told I didn't need an appointment for the first one, and, while I was a bit skeptical, I certainly didn't. I was greeted promptly, both in the service bay then by the advisor, who informed me what they would do and that it would be no more than an hour. The car was ready in about 50 minutes, everything explained to me, and I was out the door. It couldn't have gone any smoother, from start to finish. And while I waited, I had a cup of fresh Starbuck's coffee. A very pleasant experience! More
