We drove up from Bethany Beach over 2hrs way. Bob did a great job completing all the paperwork to finalize our purchase so we could drive home with the car & not have to come back. Huge negative was that he & his manager scammed us on buying anti theft device, which was $600. They made us believe it was hard installed in a hidden place in the car somewhere & it was active for the life of the vehicle. Turns out it is a plastic mobile device the size of your phone that was laying the center console. Similar to an apple air tag. It’s only good for 36 months. Turns out we can register for Acuralink for free for 36 months and it had same features and more. Total scam at the end of our purchase. They would have gotten 5 stars otherwise. Definitely don’t trust Bob or his manager. And don’t buy their crappy anti theft device. More
